Biography written by George A. Quimby, son of Phineas Parkhurst Quimby. Includes images of the original article as it appeared in The New England Magazine,  Volume 6, Issue 33, March 1888.

Biography included as Chapter 1 of THE QUIMBY MANUSCRIPTS Edited by Horatio W. Dresser, published in 1921.

P. P. Quimby this article fragment was written by Emma Ware, a patient, student and copyist of Phineas Parkhurst Quimby. In his article for The New England Magazine, George A. Quimby writes: "Among his earlier patients in Portland were the Misses [Emma and Sarah] Ware, daughters of the late Judge Ashur Ware, of the U.S. Court; and they became much interested in "the Truth," as he called it." This article is located in the Boston University collection.
